If you have been in stores recently, you have probably noticed the empty shelves, long lines, and lack of staff in departments.  Just a few short months after we ratified our historic first contract New Seasons decided to slash our hours, in blatant violation of the contract we just signed! 

We are fed up and are asking you, our community supporters, to sign our petition. We are demanding that New Seasons:

- Admit to violating our collective bargaining agreement

- Return workers scheduled hours

- Adequately staff all departments

- Provide back pay for lost hours and PTO

- Grant workers greater input into scheduling

Through our organizing in stores we have already forced the company to come to the table and discuss our grievances over these issues. With your help, we can ensure that we protect our coworkers, restore their hours, and  protect the working conditions that help us be the friendliest store in town!
